Trade-In
The jewelry purchased from Diamond Gallery can be traded in for a new jewelry of higher value. The trade-in value is eighty-five percent of the original purchased price.

Return
The jewelry purchased from Diamond Gallery can be returned for the amount of seventy percent of the original purchased price.

Conditions
• The jewelry must be in good condition without missing materials as specified in the guarantee card.
• This policy applies to diamond jewelry only. Colored stone, pearl, or custom made jewelry cannot be returned or traded in.
• The guarantee card must be presented with the jewelry and by the original purchaser only.
• The purchaser is responsible for applicable fee which may incur from the return or trade-in.
• This policy is valid for two years, starting from the date of purchase.
